Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data MigrationDubai collects, why, how it is processed and shared, and the rights you have over your data.

Last updated: 2026-07-18 · Version 1.0

1. Data controller and contact

MigrationDubai (“MigrationDubai”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller responsible for your personal data submitted through https://migrationdubai.com.

For any privacy request, contact us at info@migrationdubai.com or Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. A dedicated privacy contact must be confirmed before launch.

2. Data categories we collect

We collect only the data necessary to operate the platform and qualify migration enquiries:

  • Identity and contact data (full name, email, WhatsApp/phone number)
  • Profile data you provide in assessments (nationality, country of residence, goals, budget range, timeline, family status, business ownership)
  • Objective and source data (the objective, page, section and CTA that led to your submission)
  • Technical data (IP address, browser, device, referring URL, UTM parameters, analytics events)
  • Consent records (what you agreed to, when, and the consent text version)

3. Purposes and lawful basis

We process your data to: operate and improve the platform; run the MigraScore and contextual assessments; match you to migration routes; qualify your enquiry; send it to CRM; and, where you request it, arrange an advisor review.

Our lawful bases are: (a) performance of steps at your request before a contract (advisor review); (b) our legitimate interests in operating and improving the platform; and (c) your explicit consent for marketing and any advisor data sharing. Marketing consent is always separate and optional.

4. MigraScore and automated matching

MigraScore is an initial screening and educational tool. It applies a weighted scoring model to your self-reported answers to produce an indicative readiness score and matched routes. It does not evaluate your legal eligibility for any programme and does not make decisions that produce legal effects concerning you.

You may request a human review of any assessment result, or decline the assessment, at any time. Assessment answers and scores are stored linked to your lead record for continuity and audit.

5. Profiling

We use limited profiling to categorise enquiries (for example lead temperature and CRM source) so the right advisor can follow up. Profiling is based on the answers you provide and is never used to deny you a service you are legally entitled to.

6. CRM processing and advisors

When you request an advisor review, the data you submit is sent to our CRM and may be shared with the assigned advisor or partner for the purpose of contacting you. Sharing with an advisor requires your explicit consent at the point of request.

Service providers and partners are independent third parties. Their use of your data is governed by their own terms; MigrationDubai is not responsible for their practices beyond the transfer.

7. Analytics and cookies

We use analytics to understand how the platform is used. Cookies and similar technologies are governed by our Cookie Policy. You can withdraw analytics consent (where applicable) through your browser settings or our consent controls.

8. Processors and sub-processors

We use hosting, database, email, analytics and CRM providers as data processors under contract. A current list of sub-processors is maintained internally and available on request.

9. Cross-border data transfers

Your data may be processed outside the country in which it was collected, including by providers located in the UAE and internationally. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) and your explicit consent.

10. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Lead and submission records are retained for a defined period after your last interaction and then deleted or anonymised. Specific retention periods must be confirmed before launch.

11. Security measures

We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards including access controls, authentication, encryption in transit, audit logging and role-based authorisation. No method is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

12. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may: access, correct, port, delete, and restrict or object to processing of your data; withdraw consent at any time (without affecting lawfulness before withdrawal); and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

  • To exercise any right, email info@migrationdubai.com with the request type and details.
  • We will verify your identity before acting on a request and respond within the period required by applicable law.

13. Consent withdrawal

You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us or by following the unsubscribe or consent controls provided. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

14. Complaints

If you believe we have not resolved a privacy concern, you may complain to us at info@migrationdubai.com or to the competent data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
