3. No advisor-client relationship
Using this website does not, by itself, create an advisor-client, lawyer-client, or any fiduciary relationship between you and MigrationDubai. Any advisory relationship arises only through a separate written agreement with a qualified provider or advisor.

- Any investment, yield or capital-return outcome
- Bank account opening or financing approval
- Property availability, completion or value
